Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 in 1981) is an American political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, as an American television host at MSNBC as well as a regular contributor to The Huffington Post, former host and co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would quit the show in the month of May 2021 in order to start Breaking Points, a new independent project with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is a co-host with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on various networks' programs, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball is engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball is adamant about her interest in politics to her experience as a new mother in the 2008 primaries. She also viewed the US presidential election from Jordan as she was working in Jordan. She observed how it affected the citizens of Jordan and thereby gained an appreciation of the global implications of US politics. She was part of the Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee in Virginia's 1st District of the Congressional Congress in 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, who is the incumbent Republican. She was the host of The Cycle, a MSNBC television show that she co-hosted from June 2012 to August 2015. In May 2017, she founded the People's House Project, a political action committee that works on behalf of Democratic causes.
