Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC, born March 4, 1954, is a Canadian-American actress. O'Hara has won several distinctions, including an award called a Genie Award, a Golden Globe Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and six Canadian Screen Awards. She was named as an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2018 and was honoured with the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award in 2020. O'Hara became famous as an actor when she joined in 1974 of The Second City, an Improvisational comedy troupe based out of Toronto. She was a part of the principal ensemble cast of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978) together with John Candy and Dan Aykroyd. O'Hara began working alongside Candy on Second City Television's sketch comedy program (1976-1984). O'Hara was recognized for her stand-up and writing abilities, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award of Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series in 1981. O'Hara, Steve Carell and Dwayne Colbert were added to the Second City artistic board in 2022.
